You Fail Doesn't Mean You Suck

The most successful people in the world have one way that they live their lives. There is no magic rule or trick they use. Its the way they look at everything.

You have to see your failures as instructions on how to do better not as a insult on your character.

Quick Test:

Imagine you are a college freshman who has dreamed their lives of becoming a doctor. You have to take a very difficult Chemistry class your first semester. You know that the average grade for tests in this class hovers around a C. When you get your first test back and you got a 72% do you:
A. Say "I guess Chemistry isn't my thing since I didn't do well on that test. Medical school really isn't my thing I guess. I'll finish the class and try some other major, maybe English"
B. Say "I guess the way I studied didn't work since I got a C. Maybe next test I can do better if I study a different way".

If you said A then you have a fixed mindset, B you have a growth mindset. Keep reading to find out what these mean!

  1. I like to think of failure as how NOT to do/accomplish something.
