Episode 23: Worrying


There are two kinds of worrying, the kind you can control and the kind that is just a waste of yo ur time. If its a worry that you can do something about, like losing weight or helping your kids, then there are three steps: get advice, get information, do something! If it's a worry that you can change, like growing old, you have to let it go. You will just frustrate yourself.
