Episode 3: Deliberate Practice

Deliberate practice means that you are working with a point. You have figured out your weaknesses and you are practicing those. Tiger Woods does this by practicing golf shots he may have to do maybe two or three times in his life. He throws his ball in the sand and practices knocking it out there. Michael Jordan would practice foul shots until it was perfect. You have to practice what you aren't good at. Otherwise you'll have really buff biceps and puny little legs. Make sure you get in shape all over!
