Episode 5: Rewards
You need to have some kind of reward. If you're doing something hard or uncomfortable, it is human nature that you want to be rewarded for having survived. If you are attempting to achieve your goal through a growth mindset then you are going to be consistently out of your comfort zone. Make sure you have the occasional reward for yourself. Eventually you will be doing the activity for the sake of how it makes you feel but at first a little McDonald's dinner or new watch will do the trick!
