Episode 9: Make Your Goals Stick
Most goals that we make for New Years are vague and unmeasurable. "I want to be happy", "I want to be more confident". That's all well and good but how do you measure that? How can you quantify your happiness? Goals you can't measure don't work. Make your goal specific and laser-pointed. How can you measure it? Instead of "I want to be happy" say "I want to smile at 2 people per day" or "I want to learn one new joke everyday". What does your goal mean to you? What do you want to get out of it? And then find a way to measure it!
